website.
- Auction sale (Floor auction & Electronic Auction) conducted by Coin World Auctions, Nagpur. It is a licensed & registered, who’s following the guidance of Archaeology Survey of India (hereinafter referred to as "Auctioneer").
Bidding in this Auction signifies acceptance by you (the "Bidder") of all the Terms and conditions stated herein and shall be bound by them. Bidders may include consignors who may bid and purchase lots in the Auction
consigned by the consignor or by other consignors. Auctioneer considers the final Buyer who makes the highest bid approved by the Auctioneer. Indian residents/NRIs having registered address in India can take part and
bid in these Auctions. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder under the age of 18 years (minor person).
- As the Antiquities and Art Treasure Act, 1972 clearly states that the items over 100 years old cannot be taken out of India without the permission of the Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, Dharohar Bhawan,
24 Tilak Marg, New Delhi 110 001. So we recommend our all bidders / buyers that abide by this rule.
- Under some unavoidable circumstances, Auctioneer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the auction without notice in its sole discretion. Any lot or lots may be withdrawn by the Auctioneer without public notice prior
to it being sold. Participant (bidder) in the Auction shall have no right to claim any costs or damages, including consequential damages from the Auctioneer or the Consigner if a lot or lots is withdrawn from the auction,
or due to delay or cancellation of the auction.
- Items or Lots placed in any type of auction (floor auction or e-auction) may carry a Reserve price. A Reserve price is considered as a confidential price or bid below which the Auctioneer will not sell an item or will re-purchase
on behalf of the Consignor.
- The final Purchase price for each lot shall be the sum of Hammer price (the price realized by an item sold at auction) plus Buyers Premium/Commission which is 12.50% plus applicable taxes on Hammer price plus applicable
taxes on Buyers Premium. Currently GST / IGST are the applicable tax which is 5% on Hammer price & 18% on Buyer’s Premium. So if your Hammer Price is Rs.1000/- then your Buyer’s Premium(12.50%) which is Rs.125/-, GST
/IGST on Hammer Price (5%) which is Rs.50/-& GST / IGST on Buyer’s Premium (18%) is Rs.22.50/-. Result of this your total price to be paid is Rs.1000/- + Rs125/- +Rs.50/- +Rs.22.50/- =Rs.1197.50 so Total Price (Rounded)
to be paid is Rs.1198.00/-
- Shipping & Insurance charges will be extra which is over & above the total price to be paid. These shipping charges on lots depend on weight, size and quantity. Shipping & Insurance charges are considered as associated
costs which will put in the final Invoice.
- Auction payments shall be made only in Indian Rupee (INR). Payments accepted by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/Credit Card drawn on Indian banks or by Net Banking. We also accept payment through Credit cards but with additional
3% service fee. Items will not be sent until the entire amount reflects in our bank account.
- Invoices are due and payable immediately upon receipt. The total Invoice amount shall be paid in full within 7 days of the auction date. Interest and late fees of 2% per month plus GST shall be payable on Invoices not settled
within 7 days of the auction date. Any bidder, who does not pay within 7 working days, may be considered a non-serious buyer. Auctioneer has the full rights to put restriction on such bidder in future auctions.

notice to the highest bidder, and the Highest Bidder agrees to pay for the reasonable cost of such a sale and also to pay any difference between the resale price and the Bidder’s purchase price. Auctioneer has a full
right to offset any sums due from a Bidder against any future consignment or purchase or levy or goods in possession of Auctioneer.
- Auctioneer shall make maximum efforts to properly enter and execute bid received from website, E-mail or by other means. However, the Auctioneer shall not be held accountable for any errors for incorrectly entered or incorrectly
executed bids from the bidder. Bidders are solely responsible for their bids including any errors they may make in placing bids. Once the lot is announced sold, the Bidder is unconditionally bound to pay for the lot,
even if the Bidder made a mistake. The Auctioneer reserve the right to refuse and reject unsigned bid sheet.
- The Auctioneer shall have the right to open or accept the bidding on any lot by placing a bid on behalf of the Consignor, a Bidder by mail, telephone, internet, or any other participant in the Auction. Bids received must
