It is very easy to bid & purchase Cons, Medals, Tokens, Paper Money & many more Numismatic items from Coin World Auctions. Following are some easy steps which you can follow

Step 1: Catalogue

For every floor Auction, we are printing Catalogues. These catalogues contain lot descriptions, their images & estimated prices. You will have to buy them before the auction. You can order this before the auction as well. Every auction catalogue available in PDF format on our website www.coinworldauctions.com You can mail us on [email protected]

Step 2: Preview the Lots

Every item listed in the auction goes on for display before the actual auction. We will give you schedule for viewing the same in person before the auction. We strongly recommend that you view the lots physically before bidding. We will be happy to discuss the rarity, price and quality of every item which we display in the auction.

Step 3: Registration

Only registered Bidders can bid for items in Coin World Auctions. So we request all prospective buyers to log on to our website www.coinworldauctions.com & register yourselves. If you are not attending the floor auction then send us your bids through online bidsheet form. Email us that filled bidsheet on [email protected]

Step 4: Bidding

We recommend all our bidders, patrons that before bidding kindly read & understand terms & conditions. If you decide to purchase an item, you can bid by anyone of the following methods:

  • In-person Bidding
  • Online Bids through our website www.coinworldauctions.com
  • Sending Absentee Bids by filling Bidsheet Form
  • Telephone Bids
Auction Results & Sold status

Auction starts on the floor at a given time and place. The person who is conducting auction calls out the starting bid and subsequently accepts bids from the bidders (on-line as well as on floor) and finally calls out the Highest Bidder as purchaser. Successful bidders have to pay the Highest Bid price plus the specified Buyer’s Premium & applicable taxes. Shipping & Insurance charges are extra. All details are present in our terms & conditions.

Step 5: Billing & Collection of the lots

Successful bidders (buyers) can collect their purchased lots immediately after the auction gets over. Full payment of dues to be made as per terms & conditions mentioned in the website as well as on our printed catalogue. Along with your lots collect your invoices. If you are not present then our office team will email invoice to the registered email. Please note, items are shipped only after the full payment is received (as per the terms & conditions available on the website & on our printed catalogue. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, demand draft or bank transfer. We must receive your payment within seven (7) days of the sale.

Once payment has been cleared, you may collect the lots in person or we will arrange shipping the same to you based on our prior arrangement. Our Bank details are as follows:

Step 6: Shipping & Payment

mentioned in the terms & conditions, shipping & insurance charges are extra & it would be borne by the buyer. We ship through reputed courier companies. All the shipping are at buyer's risks.

Selling with Us

  • Coin World Auctions sells all kinds of Numismatic and collectible material, including coins, medals, tokens, banknotes, books, philatelic items like stamps, postcards etc.
  • We recommend to send us the lots digitally through email on [email protected]. If we find that its good to put on the auction we will ask you to deliver it on our office address. For High value items we request you to come personally & bring the lots. Sending of these lots to us is at your cost & risk.
  • Once we have received the items, our expert team assess them based on many criteria including condition, rarity, current market condition, investment potential. After the assessment, we offer you a realistic estimate
  • Once the estimate agreed by you, Coin World Auctions will finalize the consignment and issue you a receipt. After that your material will be included in the forthcoming auctions
  • We will post you a catalogue along with your items mentioned in the catalogue with lot No.
  • Once auction is over, we will notify you the result & which of your lots got sold in the auction.
  • Sold lots are accounted for and an invoice can either be collected from our office a week after the auction or emailed to you on you registered email address
  • Sellers Commission & applicable Govt. taxes are applied on every sold lot.
  • Lots which are Unsold can be either returned to you or again display at future auctions.
  • Payments are made 30 days after the conclusion of an auction, as per the conditions decided before inclusion.
